WorkWell: Our New Occupational Health Subscription Plan
Good occupational health isn’t just about managing absence – it’s about knowing your team well enough to act before problems escalate. That’s why we are launching a new subscription plan for clients. Here are some frequently asked questions about it.
Why is Thrive introducing this?
WorkWell is how we move from being a service you call when something goes wrong, to a partner who helps you get ahead of it, and better reflects the kind of long term partnership we aim to build with clients.
What is the WorkWell Subscription Plan?
It’s a new way to access our OH services, giving your organisation structured, ongoing support — including a dedicated account manager, regular reporting, service discounts, and clinical guidance — alongside our pay-as-you-go offer.
Who is it for?
Any organisation that uses our OH services on a regular basis (from small charities with a few staff, to large employers) and who wants a more proactive partnership with us. It is particularly well suited to organisations that value: greater visibility of workforce health trends, more predictability in budgeting, and earlier access to clinical advice before situations escalate, and a named point of contact that knows their organisation
Do I have to subscribe?
No, the pay-as-you-go model remains available and unchanged. The subscription plan is entirely optional — it simply gives you additional choices if you want a more structured arrangement.
What tiers are available?
There are three tiers, in addition to the pay-as-you-go option:
- Essentials: structured oversight and a dedicated point of contact. From £2500/year.
- Enhanced: deeper insight, prevention-focused support, and regular reporting. From £6000/year.
- Comprehensive: a fully integrated workforce health partnership. From £13,500/year.
Which tier is right for us?
It depends on your organisation’s size, how frequently you refer to us, and what level of insight and support you need. As a rough guide:
- Essentials suits organisations that want a reliable point of contact and structured annual oversight without a large commitment.
- Enhanced suits organisations that refer regularly and want to move from reactive to proactive — with quarterly data and earlier clinical input.
- Comprehensive suits organisations that want occupational health fully embedded in how they support their workforce, with the deepest level of partnership and resource.
We are happy to help you identify the most appropriate tier for your organisation. Just get in touch and we can have a conversation. We can help you identify the most appropriate approach for your organisation’s size and usage patterns – just get in touch.
How does the pricing work?
Each tier has a minimum annual fee, with costs scaling based on your headcount. Subscribers who pay annually benefit from a reduced rate. Monthly payment options are available at a slightly higher equivalent cost.
Is there a discount on services?
Yes. Essential and Enhanced subscribers receive 2.5% off all Occupational Health services (Enhanced subscribers also receive 2.5% off training courses). Comprehensive subscribers receive 5% off all services and training. These discounts apply on top of your subscription and compound across every referral you make throughout the year.
How do I sign up?
Email info@thrive-worldwide.org. We’ll arrange a conversation to speak further and walk you through the next steps.
Can I change my tier after signing up?
Yes. We know that needs change over time. If you find that your current tier no longer reflects your level of use or requirements, please speak to your account manager and we can discuss moving to a different tier.
What happens to my existing pay-as-you-go arrangement?
Nothing changes unless you choose to subscribe. If you do subscribe, your referrals and services will continue as normal — you will simply benefit from the additional features and discounts included in your tier.
