Our thriving model

Explore how the principles that underpin our work could help you, your team and your mission to flourish

We use the word ‘thrive‘ to encompass everything that we hope to see, that we know is possible, and that we work to achieve for our clients in their life & work.

For an individual, it means to live a life of purpose, meaning, fun, beauty and relationship through all of life’s seasons—the times of flourishing and the times of struggle, learning to thrive not despite difficulties but through them. For an organisation, it means to nurture your people, make progress towards your goals, and to navigate the inevitable challenges with clarity and grace.

When we began in 2017, we knew that we wanted our work to be rooted in something deep, lasting and meaningful. And so our team drew upon both evidence and experience to create a model to underpin all the work we do to help people and organisations thrive.

Here is that model. It has two parts. The first outlines nine principles to describe how an individual can thrive; and the second, nine principles for organisations.
