Not all conflicts are resolvable through two-way dialogue. Sometimes, the best way forward is to work one-to-one.
A Navigating Conflict Consultation is a confidential, reflective space for individuals who are in the midst of tension — whether it’s an ongoing workplace conflict, a difficult working relationship, or the challenge of giving or receiving feedback. Led by an experienced Thrive coach or mediator, the process will help you gain insight, manage your emotions, and develop strategies to respond constructively.
It’s not about solving the conflict. It’s about equipping you to engage with greater clarity, calm, and choice — making the conflict more manageable and less detrimental both for you and the other person, or people.
This consultation will be tailored to your needs. Sometimes a single session will provide the insight you need. At other times, a short series allows for deeper growth and support through a challenging period.
