Workplace Mediation offers a structured, neutral space where people in conflict can speak openly, be heard, and work toward a shared understanding. Led by an experienced Thrive mediator, the process supports both parties to share perspectives, reflect, and agree on a way forward.

It’s not about blame — it’s about moving from being stuck to insight, from friction to collaboration.

We tailor the process to your context. Sometimes one conversation is enough; at other times, a short series of sessions may be needed to rebuild trust and restore working relationships.

📍 Location: Online or in person
