Trauma Awareness In The Workplace

22 June 2-5pm EAT – The Social House, Nairobi

A staff member’s experience of trauma can disrupt their work and their workplace in significant ways. It can cause low motivation, poor concentration, conflict at work, or something else.

But whether it’s a past trauma you don’t know about, or a recent trauma you do know about, unless you are trauma-informed, it can be hard to see what’s going on, and even harder to know how to respond properly.

In this session, you’ll get to know how trauma can manifest in the workplace, and how to intervene in a way that cares properly for both your staff and your organisation.
