Teddy Chakee

Counsellor & Facilitator

Teddy is a Ph.D. candidate in Peace and Conflict Studies and a holder of an MA in Counseling Studies from Durham University in the United Kingdom with more than 24 years of experience in Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS).

His expertise includes trauma prevention and healing, stress and stress management, personal resilience, and bespoke workplace well-being programs. He has vast experience providing MHPSS interventions for individuals working in conflict and post-conflict regions in some of the most reputable international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) and corporate institutions in Kenya, Somalia, Sudan Republic, South Sudan, Ethiopia, and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).

He has  also been consulted widely to design therapeutic outfits for urban and camp refugees and displaced persons.

Teddy is based in Kenya.
