Reflective Practice
A supportive space for a group to reflect on challenging work experiences and to build a foundation for lasting peer support
Description
When you work in a role that involves challenging experiences, it’s easy to carry the weight of those moments, which can affect wellbeing, relationships, and productivity.
Having a structured space to reflect on these experiences, as well as day-to-day pressures, can help your team members process them and find ways to handle future challenges more effectively.
Initially guided by a Thrive practitioner, this group session will encourage sharing of stories, ideas and support, as well as guidance on how to understand and respond to challenges, so that you and your team can thrive in adversity. Once good social capital and psychological safety are established, the group may transition into peer support that is run internally, giving space to discuss mistakes and brainstorm new solutions.
