Working in the aid sector can be enriching, exciting and meaningful. But for women especially, we have seen its pressures lead to feelings of isolation, loss of purpose, and even periods of existential overwhelm.
This group session will be a dedicated, safe space for women in the aid sector to explore their experiences together and support one another. Designed and facilitated by a Psychologist with specialisation in the sector and integrative health and wellbeing β these sessions will help participants strengthen their emotional resilience, reconnect with meaning, and experience genuine community.
We’d love for you to join us wherever you are in the world, and so we’ve fixed two time slots to make it easier for you. Simply click on your preferred time when signing up.
