New E-Learning Course: Creating Psychological Safety – An Introduction
When members of a team feel able to speak up, to raise a concern, or to disagree with others, they work harder, perform better and are more creative.
This is the idea behind psychological safety, which some studies suggest is one of the most important qualities to a healthy, thriving workplace. That’s why I have been helping to create our first e-learning course on the subject, which I am pleased to share with you now
