Description

Getting ready to go away often means working through a long to-do list. Whatever is on this list, your health should always be at the top of it. 

Whether travelling alone or in a team, going on a short or long term trip, or visiting a new or challenging environment, knowing the health risks can help people make informed decisions, take necessary precautions and navigate the potential risks. In this interactive session, an experienced Travel Health Nurse will prepare information based on the destination and the group, listen to people’s needs, provide the right advice about the medication you might need and what to do to stay healthy.
