The Ukraine War: Caring For Staff Who Are Impacted By It

Weds 13th April 0900-1030 EDT // 1400-1530 BST // 1600-1730 EAT

If you have staff who work in Ukraine, have fled the country, or are responding to the crisis, then this free webinar is for you.

Our panel will include psychosocial professionals who have lived and worked in the country, and they will aim to equip HR, leaders and managers to provide good quality care and support for their teams during this time. Come and learn:

  • To recognise “normal” and more problematic reactions to war (short and longer term)
  • What psychosocial support to offer staff and when to offer it
  • How local culture should influence this support
  • Ways to support teams in neighbouring countries, and those responding to the conflict
  • Ways to support staff who might soon travel to the region

In the final thirty minutes, we will have three breakout sessions. When you register please select which you would like to join:

  • Supporting Ukrainian and Eastern Europe staff
  • Supporting first responders
  • Equipping HR, leaders and managers

You’ll hear from:

  • Anastasia Thomas – Thrive Associate Counsellor
  • Graham Fawcett – Associate Director of Psychosocial Services
  • Kristen Guskovict – Thrive Associate Psychotherapist & Facilitator
