In her practice, she supports adults and adolescents dealing with trauma, loss and grief, suicidal behavior, anxiety, and life transitions. She also has extensive experience working with veterans, former prisoners of war, displaced populations, and families impacted by war and humanitarian crises.
Alla uses evidence-based approaches, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), combined with stabilisation and crisis intervention techniques. Her work focuses on helping clients process traumatic experiences, restore emotional balance, and rebuild a sense of safety and meaning. She works in both individual and group settings and collaborates with international and local organisations to provide psychological support in complex contexts.
When she is not working, she enjoys exploring nature, scuba diving, climbing and reading.
Alla is based in Ukraine.
