FOR STAFF: The recent COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted a need for us to look after our personal health. It has also magnified or worsened issues that were just under control before it.

This session will look particularly at how to develop and sustain regular rhythms and routines. An outcome will be to help develop an initial individualised plan to help build and foster positive adaptive rhythms. There are a number of subjects to choose from: Sleep management Diet and Exercise Managing stress and anxiety
