A timely, independent and evidence-based medical opinion on a person’s eligibility to receive their pension early on health grounds
Description
This review is designed primarily as an assessment for a pension fund, to determine a person’s eligibility for early retirement on health grounds.
It consists of one of our experienced Occupational Health Doctors reviewing a person’s medical records and specialist reports, in order to give an assessment of their ability to carry on working. They will seek to give a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ answer to this question: is there evidence of a person’s permanent incapacity, which means that for the foreseeable future (or until Normal Retirement Age), despite treatments available, and after all reasonable adjustments have been made at work, they are unable to work?
