A space to reflect with your team
A session with a team to enter into “slow thinking”.
An agenda will not be set, but an ‘Action Learning’ methodology will allow discussion and learning around a topic chosen by the group. It will include: exploring issues that need to be resolved in an empowering, solution-focused environment; reflecting on how the team is feeling, how they’re making decisions; thinking through complex issues, and learning from each other.
