But for women especially\, we have seen its pressures lead to feelings of isolation\, loss of purpose\, and even periods of existential overwhelm. \n\n\n\nThis group session will be a dedicated\, safe space for women in the aid sector to explore their experiences together and support one another. Designed and facilitated by a Psychologist with specialisation in the sector and integrative health and wellbeing – these sessions will help participants strengthen their emotional resilience\, reconnect with meaning\, and experience genuine community. \n\n\n\nWe’d love for you to join us wherever you are in the world\, and so we’ve fixed two time slots to make it easier for you. DESCRIPTION:📅 Mon 21 – Tue 22 Sep 2026 \n\n\n\n🕤 9.30am-1pm BST // 11.30am-3pm EAT \n\n\n\n📍 Location: Online \n\n\n\nFacilitator BEN PORTER answers questions about the course\n\n\n\n\n\nIf employees are involved in a crisis\, and cannot speak for themselves\, it is an essential responsibility of any organisation to be prepared to speak with families on their behalf. \n\n\n\nThe Family Liaison in a Crisis training will provide practical skills for engaging with family members of staff during and after a crisis. The goal of this training is to equip each participant with the knowledge of common reactions to crisis events\, creating a structure for conversations with family members\, and implementing the family liaison role when a critical incident occurs.
