Leanne has spent the past 13 years in the wellbeing industry coming alongside nonprofits and businesses to develop health and wellbeing solutions so staff can flourish at work. She has spent the past 10 years as a member of Executive Leadership teams and the last 5 years of those as Chief Executive for Thrive Worldwide.
In her role as Co-Founder and CEO for Thrive, Leanne leads on vision, strategy, organisation culture, company growth and leading a dynamic team. She is also passionate about clients, and remains actively involved in business development and client engagement.
Prior to Thrive, Leanne was the Regional Director for InterHealth Worldwide in Eastern Africa. Leanne is an entrepreneur with a heart to see people and organisations thrive. She is also a trained Coach from the Awaken Institute, and provides one to one coaching for entrepreneurs, leaders and those with a desire to live a full life.
Leanne has a Masters from University of East London in International Humanitarian Psychosocial Consultation and an Undergraduate from University of Chester in International Development Studies and Law.
Leanne lives in Nairobi with her husband and 2 cats. She thrives in community, going on long walks, cooking, baking and reading a good book.
Leanne is based in Kenya.
